Gander Memorial Adventist Church has successfully concluded a week-long Governance Training program, equipping church leaders with essential skills for effective church management.
The training, conducted by Sepik Mission General Secretary Pastor Jeffrey Saigomi, took place from October 27th to November 2nd, 2024. Participants from the church actively engaged in the sessions, gaining valuable insights into various aspects of church governance, including financial management, strategic planning, and conflict resolution.
Participants emphasized the significance of the training, highlighting its importance in understanding the principles of effective church leadership and administration. The acquired knowledge will empower the church leaders to better serve their congregation and uphold the mission of the church.
